Terms and Conditions

The discount card is valid from the time of check-in (start of stay) until check-out (end of stay) of the Guest. The card is issued free of charge to Thermaleo Group guests who use special packages. The card together with the regulations and discount offers is issued by the receptionist or an authorized person. The card is individual and cannot be shared with third parties. In order to take advantage of the offer, it is necessary to show the card at the place where you want to take advantage of the discount to an employee of the place before billing. The employee has the right to ask for a photo ID that proves the identity of the card holder. The card offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount available at a place covered by the discount card. The amount of discount granted cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount for treatments in Inhalatorium does not apply to patients of the Papiernik and Inhalatorium facilities.
